Vibrating screen, also known as circular vibrating screen, is a kind of necessary screening equipment for stone, aggregate, gravel, sand, ore and other minerals in mining, quarry, construction, building and other industries.
Generally, it is used as a kind of auxiliary equipment in stone crushing line, sand making production line, ore beneficiation plant, etc.
The vibrating screen is mainly composed of a screen box, a vibration exciter, a suspension (or support) device and a motor. The motor drives the main shaft of the exciter to rotate through the V-belt, and the screen box is vibrated due to the centrifugal inertia force of the unbalanced weight on the exciter. By changing the eccentric shaft of the exciter, different amplitudes can be obtained.
1. The screen angle as 18 °, high screening efficiency.
2. The exciter is an eccentric shaft + eccentric block structure, providing sufficient excitation force.
3. Thin oil self-lubrication, replacing the lubricating oil once every 3-6 months.
4. Wear-resistant rubber protective layer is designed for the key parts to extend the service life of the screen and screen plate.
