Titanium-chromium ore is an important metallurgical raw material, which can be used to produce titanium-chromium alloy and other metal materials. And titanium-chromium ore rotary kiln is one of the common equipment to process the ore at high temperature. Through heating and chemical reactions, the ore is converted into metallic materials or other useful chemical substances.
The principle of titanium-chromium ore rotary kiln is to use high-temperature gas to heat the ore and make it undergo chemical reaction. In the rotary kiln, the ore is gradually exposed to the high-temperature gas as the rotary kiln rotates and is heated by it.
The high-temperature gas is produced by burning the fuel, which enters the rotary kiln through the ducts and airflow distribution devices inside the rotary kiln. The fuel can be coal, natural gas, liquefied gas and other common fuels. Under the action of the high temperature gas, the ore gradually heats up and undergoes chemical reactions such as thermal decomposition, reduction and oxidation.
