Mobile concrete batching plant is a portable, efficient and reliable concrete production plant. It is a mixing plant that concentrates the storage, weighing, conveying, mixing, discharging and fully automatic control system of raw materials on a mobile frame. Widely used for projects requiring frequent transfers, short construction periods and small concrete requirements. Zoomjo supply mobile batching plant with capacities ranging from 25-120m3/h.
1. Chassis: the lower part of the chassis is equipped with mobile wheels, which can be moved.
2、Control unit: the control room is under the chassis of the main machine and can be equipped with an automatic control system, the working state can be adjusted, transferring and transporting is more convenient, without dismantling the whole machine equipment and easy to move.
3、Batching equipment. The upper part is storage hopper, storage hopper has 2-4 bins, larger capacity, can be operated automatically.
4、External supporting equipment. External supporting equipment is cement silo and screw conveyor.
5. Mixer. The mobile concrete mixing plant is usually equipped with a JS type forced double horizontal shaft concrete mixer
