Mixer, also known as blender, is a necessary device for the uniform mixture blend of various materials.

Mixing barrel is mainly used in all kinds of metal mining industries for mixing materials and medicines before flotation. It is can also be used for mixing non-metallic minerals.
It is suitable for the materials whose concentration is less than 30% and whose granularity is less than 1 mm. Besides, it looks like a flat barrel with helical runners, which can move and mix materials in it.
1. The agitating tank is small in size, light in weight, easy to install and disassemble.
2. It is necessary to adjust the upper, lower, left and right positions and inclination angle of the mixer within the specified range.
3. High stirring efficiency, good sealing performance.
4. Gear reduction smooth operation, low noise, and long life.
The agitating tank is composed of a motor, an impeller, a stator, a bearing and the like, and is stirred by a mechanical stirring method of a flat bottom barrel-shaped radiation circulating spiral impeller. When the agitating tank is working, the motor traction triangle belt drive device drives the impeller to rotate, and the slurry and the medicament are fully mixed with each other under the uniform stirring of the impeller, increasing the reaction time of the medicament on the pulp, and strengthening the reaction quality of the medicine, so that the material is obtained. Adequate mixing and mixing to prepare the necessary conditions for the next stage of flotation production.
