The overall structure design of mirror iron ore rotary kiln is relatively simple, it mainly consists of kiln head, kiln tail sealing device, carrier wheel device, retaining wheel device, support device, rotary cylinder, coal injection pipe device and other structures.

The barrel of mirror iron ore rotary kiln is made of rolled steel plate, and the barrel is lined with refractory lining, and the slope is specified with the horizontal line, supported by three wheels and belts on each blocking support device, and a large gear ring is fixed with a tangential spring plate on the barrel across the barrel near the feeding end, and a pinion gear is meshed with it under it. During normal operation, the main drive motor transmits power to this open gear unit through the main reducer to drive the mirror iron ore rotary kiln.
The material enters the kiln from the end of the kiln (the high end of the barrel) and is fired in the inner section. Due to the tilting and slow rotation of the cylinder, the material both rolls in the circumferential direction and moves axially (from the high end to the low end) to continue the process. The fuel is sprayed into the kiln from the kiln head, and the exhaust gas produced by combustion is exchanged with the material and then exported from the kiln tail.
Mirror iron ore rotary kiln is mainly used for metallurgical industry iron and steel plant poor iron ore magnetization roasting; chromium, nickel iron ore oxidation roasting; refractory plant roasting high metallurgical ore and aluminum plant roasting clinker, aluminum hydroxide; chemical plant roasting chromite ore sand and chromite powder and other types of minerals.
1、The kiln body of mirror iron ore rotary kiln is rolled and automatically welded with high quality sedimentary carbon steel or alloy steel plate.
2、Rotary kiln wheel belt, carrier wheel and open gear are made of alloy cast steel.
3、The transmission device of mirror iron ore rotary kiln adopts hard tooth surface reducer, elastic diaphragm coupling, DC motor dragging and hydraulic stop wheel.
4、The kiln head and tail of mirror iron ore rotary kiln are sealed by scale stacking and cylinder pressing respectively, and slow speed driving device is provided.
