Cement rotary kiln is a kind of rotary heating equipment widely used in cement production. In the cement production process, cement rotary kiln is used to chemically react cement raw materials under high temperature conditions to finally produce cement clinker.
Cement rotary kilns are mainly used for calcining cement clinker and are divided into two main categories: dry process cement kilns and wet process cement kilns.
The cement rotary kiln works by using a rotating rotary kiln to move cement raw materials continuously and to carry out chemical reactions in the kiln. In a cement rotary kiln, the raw material undergoes three stages of preheating, calcining and cooling to finally produce cement clinker.
The rotary kiln needs to be heated and cooled throughout the process to ensure that the cement raw materials are at the correct temperature for the chemical reaction.
